Anthony Louis Phillips, 50, of Covington, KY, passed away peacefully at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, KY, on Friday, October 2, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Anthony was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He was a hardworking man who spent over 20 years as a commercial painter with Stith-Meier. Anthony took pride in his work and in providing for the people he loved. Above all, his family and friends meant the most to him, and the memories he created with them will be cherished forever.

Anthony was preceded in death by his son, Anthony Louis Phillips, Jr., and his parents, Leo and Donna Phillips.

He leaves behind his five children, Matthew Louis Phillips, Matthew Adam Haggard, Kyley Marie Phillips, Brayden Lee Joseph Haggard, and Michael Anthony Haggard; his fiancé, Tonya Miller; sister, Billie (Terry) Robinson; brothers, Benjamin (Jenny) Phillips and Thomas Phillips; and his beloved grandchildren, Nova, Vaden, Salem, Amelia, and Silas.

Anthony will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Though his time with us was far too short, the love he gave, the memories he made, and the impact he had on his family will live on in their hearts forever.

A visitation will take place on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at Floral Hills Funeral Home (Chapel A) from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
