Bernard Earl Clark

Bernard Earl  "Bernie" Clark, 92, of Milford, passed away Friday, November 21, 2025, at Hospice of Anderson.  He was born February 17, 1933, in Van Wert, Ohio, the son of the late Russell and Ruth Wilmore Clark.  He taught High School in Van Wert and then in Newark, Ohio.  After many years, retired as principal of Johnny Clem Elementary School in Newark. He attended several universities and obtained undergraduate and graduate degrees.  He was an Army Veteran serving in Korea. After dating 5 years, he married Jeanette Chambers in 1956 and celebrated their 69th anniversary in February of this year. He loved big band music, cars and motorcycles.  He is also survived by his children, Bradley Clark (Lyn); Lori Wiederhold (Tom); Lisa Canter (Steve); 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, living in Ohio, Indiana and Florida.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at the Forestville Baptist Church, 1311 Nagel Road, Cincinnati, where visitation will be held Wednesday from 12-1 PM.  Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens with military graveside rites.  Floral Hills is honored to serve the Clark family.
