Betty Jean Smyser Forrey Embry, 81, died Thursday, Dec. 18, at Rosedale Manor Nursing Home, Covington.
She was a legal secretary for the Navy and member of the Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband, Gilbert Embry; daughters, Donna Forrey and Melanie McDaniel; and son, Brent Forrey.
Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 22, with service following at Floral Hills Funeral Home, Taylor Mill. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.
