Beverly Ann Wellbrock

Beverly Ann Wellbrock, 75, of Taylor Mill, passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at her home.

Bev had a special way of making those she loved feel like family. Although she did not have children of her own, she shared a particularly close bond with Tommy and Katie, the children of her beloved cousin Carol. She also had a special bond with Carol's grandchildren—Edward Thomas II, Ethan Gagnon, Charles Thomas, William Gagnon, and Blake Walter Gagnon. They held a very special place in her heart, and the memories they created together will be cherished forever. She also embraced the grandchildren of her longtime partner, Gary, as her own, taking great joy in spending time with them, spoiling them, and being a special part of their lives. Bev's love extended to many children, relatives, and friends who were fortunate to have a place in her heart.

She was an avid sports fan and had a lifelong love of the water. She loved crafting and going to lunch with her girlfriends. Whether enjoying a favorite game or time spent near the water, Bev found happiness in the things she loved and, most of all, in the people with whom she shared them.

Bev was born July 26, 1951, in Covington, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Walter F. Wiehoff and Bertha M. Klotz Wiehoff. She was preceded in death by her brother, Walter A. Wiehoff.

She is survived by her longtime partner, Gary L. Wagner; her cousin, Carol Gagnon (Tom Gagnon); Tommy Gagnon, Jr.(Jodi Gagnon); Katie (Gagnon) Thomas (Eddie Thomas); and many other relatives and dear friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at St. Barbara Catholic Church. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to return to St. Barbara’s Hall for a Celebration of Life.
