Billy Otis Stamm, 87, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on September 28, 2026. He was born on March 29, 1939, in Maysville, Kentucky, to the late William Stamm and Margaret Stamm.

Billy was a hardworking man who spent many years as a business owner and meat cutter with Stamm’s Choice Meats. He enjoyed working, attending sporting events, fishing, and most of all, spending time with his family and friends. Billy was also a member of First Baptist Church of Alexandria for 15 years.

Billy was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 65 years, Gwanda Stamm; his son, Brian Stamm; his daughter, Tracey Stamm; and his siblings, Kenny Stamm, Ray Stamm, Bobby Stamm, and Corena Williams.

He is survived by his son, Billy Stamm (Sherri); his sister, Wanda Bailey; one granddaughter, Stephanie Stamm; and many friends.

Billy will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his love for his family and friends, and the many memories he leaves behind.

Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home, Chapel A, on Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM, with the funeral service beginning at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
