Carol Lee Adams

Carol Lee Adams, age 86, of Covington, Kentucky, passed away peacefully at home on June 2, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born on March 7, 1940, in Covington, Kentucky, Carol was the daughter of the late Clifford Adams and Helen Brotzman. She spent her life devoted to her family and to caring for others. Carol worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and took pride in helping those in need throughout her career.

Carol was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She is survived by her children, Helen “Gail” Boettcher, Roberta Kelly, Mary Cortez, Billie Trenkamp, LaDonna Sams, John Adams, and Timothy Adams. Brothers, David Barnes, Dennis Bailey, Timothy Bailey, and Jack Napier. Sisters, Sandra Bailey and Faith Bailey. She also leaves behind many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren who will cherish her memory for years to come.

Carol was preceded in death by her daughter, Paula Scott, her parents, Clifford Adams and Helen Brotzman, and by her brothers Paul Adams and Jim Hawkins.

Carol will be remembered for her dedication to her family, her compassionate heart, and the love she freely shared with everyone around her. Her presence will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

Visitation will be held Saturday, June 13, 2026 at Cross & Crown, 6143 Mission Way, Cold Spring, KY 41076 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Gathering will be held immediately after in the church reception hall.
