Carol A. Reid, 64, of Independence died Monday at her home.
She was a homemaker and a member of Community Family Church in Independence.
Her husband, Donald E. Reid, died in 2004.
Survivors include her mother, Beulah Gibson of Independence; a brother, Gene Gibson of Adel, Ga.; and a sister, Sandy Woolum of Independence.
Services will be at noon Thursday at Community Family Church in Independence. Visitation will begin there at 10 a.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill.
Swindler & Currin Funeral Home in Independence is handling arrangements.
