Carolyn Sue Clendenin

Carolyn Sue Clendenin, age 75, of Ft. Mitchell, KY, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. Carolyn was born on December 29, 1949, in Covington, KY, to the late Charles and Audrey (nee Ruth) Chappie. 

She enjoyed playing soft ball, cheering on the UK Wildcats, playing bingo and attending bible studies, but most of all, the greatest joy in Carolyns life was her family especially her grandchildren.

 Carolyn is survived by her loving children: Andrew (Kyra) Chappie and Amy (Draymon) Clendenin; grandchildren: Seth Chappie, Audrey Clendenin and Charlotte Clendenin; great-grandchildren: Amira Chappie; siblings: Patti (Bill) Mardis, Charlene (Larry) Ramsey, Charles (Peggy) Chappie and Jeff Chappie; and numerous other loving nieces, nephews, cousins, family members and friends. 

A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025, from 1:00PM until 3:00PM at Floral Hills Funeral Home 3556 Old Taylor Mill Rd., Taylor Mill, KY, with a memorial service to follow at 3:00PM. Floral Hills Funeral Home is assisting the family during this difficult time.
