Charles Van "Chuck" Tripp

Charles Van "Chuck" Tripp, 65, of Florence, passed away Friday, January 16, 2026, at home. He was born February 6, 1960, in Cincinnati, the son of the late Clarence Edward Tripp and Martha Virginia Henson Tripp. He was retired from the Salvation Army after many years of service in Maintenance, and was a longtime and faithful member of Colonel Clay Lodge 159 in Covington and Kishmee Grotto. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Lee Small Tripp; his son, James Tripp and daughter Amanda Tripp; a sister, Virginia Ann Tripp and many other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Perry Edward Tripp and a sister, Trudy Eileen Tripp. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 5-7 PM at the Floral Hills Funeral Home, Chapel A, where Masonic services will be held at 7PM.
