Charles Willis "Charlie" Skidmore, 77, of Erlanger, passed away Thursday, November 13, 2025, of a heart attack, at home. He was born April 14, 1948, in Covington, the son of the late John and Nancy Hargis Skidmore. He was a retired Auto Mechanic and is survived by his daughter, Chiana Skidmore; sisters Shelia and Scott May; Judy and Tony Krusling; Julaina and Gary Bishop; and his fiance, Judy Hornsby. Charlie was very well liked, had lots of friends and he was passionate about deer hunting and fishing. He was very successful in his career as a talented auto mechanic, really enjoyed fast cars and going to car shows, but most of all he loved attending his church and rarely missed a Sunday. He was always a sincere, overprotective big brother loved by all three of his sisters. Visitation will be held Friday, November 21, 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1 PM at Forest Lawn Chapel at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Erlanger, where funeral services will be held at 1 PM. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made with flowers or a memorial contribution to Vineyard Florence, 7101 Old Pleasant Valley Way, Florence.
