Connie Johnson

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother (Nano), sister, and friend, Constance Jean Johnson, who passed away on June 27, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY.

Constance was born on April 8, 1960, in Hamilton, OH. A 1979 graduate of Holmes High School, she was a cheerleader and avid track runner. Constance was a beautiful free spirit who lived her life joyously and spread kindness to everyone she met. She worked hard throughout her life and had a great passion for music, art, animals, and nature. Constance devoted herself to pouring all of her love into her four children and three grandchildren. She spent the last years of her life alongside her partner and soulmate.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Anthony Kreidler, and her mother, Caryl Stephens Kreidler. She is survived by her partner, Daniel Rasmusson; her children, Tony Johnson (Tori LaMendola), Donald Johnson (Lindsey), Jessica Johnson, and Mary Grady; as well as her grandchildren, Ella, Henrik, and Willow Johnson. Constance also leaves behind one brother, Bill Kreidler, and three sisters, Marie Kreidler Robinson, Karen Forsyth, and Patti Voges. Constance will be forever remembered and celebrated for her beautiful soul.

Per her wishes, no services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Floral Hills Funeral Home.
