Debbie Lou Foreman

Debbie L. Foreman, 71, of Elsmere, passed away Friday, September 26, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Edgewood. She was born July 1, 1954, in Covington, the daughter of the late Harold T. Reynolds and Emma L. Lloyd (Forwood). She was a retired Nurse for Hospice of Bluegrass and of the Christian Faith and was preceded in death by her husband, Gary J. Foreman, Sr.  She is survived by her loving family, her son, Gary J. Foreman, Jr; and wife Shelly; 5 grandchildren, Natalie, Sarah, Aubrey, Rylee, and Blake; two sisters, Ginny Wren and Jane Reynolds and a host of family and friends. Funeral services will be held 1PM Friday, October 3, 2025, at Floral Hills Funeral Home, Chapel A, where visitation will be held Friday from 11-1 PM, with burial following at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
