Dennis Berkemeier

Dennis Berkemeier, age 67, of Bellevue, Kentucky, passed away on April 7, 2026. He was born on February 24, 1959, in Dayton, KY, to his parents, Donald Berkemeier and Elizabeth Vogel Berkemeier.

Dennis was a hardworking man who spent his career in home maintenance before retiring. He took pride in what he did and was always someone people could count on.

He was married to his loving wife, Cindy Berkemeier, since February 24, 1978. They shared many years together full of great memories.

Dennis enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved hunting and fishing, and most of all, spending time with his family and friends. He was also a big fan of UK basketball and football.

He is survived by his children, Dennis Berkemeier Jr. (Marie) and Stacy Hardy; his grandchildren, Joseph Hardy Jr. and Savannah Hardy; his sisters, Debbie Berkemeier and Peggy Berkemeier; and his brothers, Ronnie Berkemeier, Donald Berkemeier, and Jerry Berkemeier.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 10, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, followed by the funeral service at 2:30 PM. Burial will take place at 3:00 PM. Floral Hills is honored to serve the Berkemeier family.
