Donald "Don" Eugene Hammons, Sr.
78 of Taylor Mill, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at his home. Don loved spending time with his family and was an avid UK Wildcat Fan. He is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Laura Hammons, son Donald Hammons, Jr. and brother Charles Hammons, Jr. Don is survived by his wife of 58 years Barbara Hammons (nee Bender) and son Douglas and his wife Tomi Hammons of West Point, UT. Don is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Memorials suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Monday, May 2, 2016 from 11 am until time of Funeral Service at 1 pm. Entombment will immediately follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
