Donald Ray Miller, 78, of Peebles, Ohio, passed away peacefully on August 5, 2025. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Ruby. On August 13 they would have celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary-now joyfully reunited and celebrating together in heaven.
