Donna Louise Osborne, 79, of Ryland Heights, passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born January 21, 1947, in Cincinnati, the daughter of the late Arthur O. Baylor and Grace M. Kelly Baylor. She is survived by her husband Wayne; their children, Rodney Osborne (Michelle); Michael Branhan (Pam) and Tracey Wilbanks; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.  She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Joan Hughes; Ruth Gebing; Mary Krabacker and Joyce Davoran.  Funeral services will be held 1 PM Monday, August 24, 2026, at the Floral Hills Funeral Home, Chapel A, where visitation will be held Monday from 11-1 PM. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.  Floral Hills is honored to serve the Osborne family.
