Donna Marlene Phillips

Donna Marlene Phillips (Peters) of Quincy, Kentucky passed away peacefully in her home on March 16, 2026 surrounded by her family. Donna was born May 7, 1954 in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey to the late Harold and Billie Peters.

Donna was preceded in death by her loving husband of 46 years, Leo Phillips, Parents Harold and Billie Peters, sister, Patti Peters, and two grandchildren, Anthony Phillips Jr and Serenity Phillips. Donna is survived by her four children, Billie (Terry) of Covington, Tony (Tonya) of Ryland Heights. Ben of Ryland Heights, and Tommy of Quincy, along with twelve grandchildren, four great grandchildren, four brothers, one sister, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Donna was employed by Covington Independent Public Schools for more than 25 years before her retirement.Donna enjoyed fishing, reading, doing puzzles, and playing Yahtzee with anyone who dare challenge her. Donna will be deeply missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the American Legion in Latonia, KY.
