EDGEWOOD - Donna J. Stephens, 71, died Thursday June 5 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Edgewood.
She was a secretary for Scripps Howard News Service and member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church, Independence.
Survivors include her husband, Howard "Pete" Stephens; sons, Jeffrey, Anthony and Gary Stephens; sister, Maureen Young; and nine grandchildren.
Visitation will be 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday June 9 with service following at Swindler & Currin Funeral Home, Latonia. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.
Memorials: Hickory Grove Baptist Church, 11969 Taylor Mill Road, Independence, KY 41051.
