Douglas W. Dunaway Sr., 61, died Sunday, July 26, at St. Elizabeth Edgewood.
He was a Navy veteran.
Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Sylvia Dunaway; daughter, Jessica Daves; son, Douglas W. Dunaway Jr.; brothers, Donald and Dwight Dunaway; sisters Naomi King, Tammy Dunaway and Debbie Hurst.
Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday, July 29, with service following at Central Parkway Church of God, Cincinnati. Entombment will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Taylor Mill. Floral Hills Funeral Home, Taylor Mill, is handling the arrangements.
