Effie M. Hall, 88, of Palm Bay, Fla., formerly of Fort Thomas, died Jan. 22, 2009, at William Child's Hospice House in Palm Bay.
She was a homemaker and member of Landmark Baptist Church in Cincinnati.
Her husband, Woodrow Hall, died previously.
Survivors include her daughters, Barbara Woltering of Palm Bay, Fla. and Kim Bloemer of Fort Thomas; son, Woodrow Winston Hall of Bossier City, La.; sister, Claire Goodridge; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Burial was in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.
