76 of Hebron, Kentucky formerly of Dayton, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Florence. He retired from Overhead Door Company. Frank is preceded in death by his wife Juanita Wade and son Frank C. Wade. He is survived by his children Vicki McIntyre, Ilean (Larry) Brock, Tonya (Steve) Gemmer, Robert Wade and Mark (Christine) Wade. Frank is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Friday, September 11, 2015 from 11am until time of Funeral Service at 12pm. Entombment will immediately follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. You may leave online condolences at www.floralhillsmemorialgardens.com
