Frederick Mullins, 62, of Union, Kentucky passed away in his home on December 11, 2018. He was born on November 11, 1956 to the late John Lewis and Juanita Miller Mullins. Frederick is survived by his children Juanita Mullins, Kyle Mullins and Cory Mullins; brothers Michael Edward Mullins, Steven Dale Mullins and Timothy David Mullins. A visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 from 11 am until time of service at 1pm. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
