Covington-George Walter Jordan, 70, died March 26 at St Elizabeth Healthcare of Edgewood. He was a self-employed construction worker who enjoyed fishing, shooting pool and watching college sports. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Florence Jordan; brother Fred "Gene" Bailey; and sister Joyce Insprucker. He is survived by his companion Judy Jackson of Covington; sons, Zachary Jordan of Bellevue; Andrew Jordan of Erlanger; John and George Jordan Jr both of Covington; daughter Nicole Strickrod of Covington and one grand daughter. Graveside service will be at 10 am March 30 at Floral Hills Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.
