Harry Sidney Jump, 70, died Friday, Jan. 16, at Kindred Hospital, Louisville.
He was a land surveyor for the state of Kentucky, an Air Force veteran and member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church, Independence.
He is preceded in death by his grandsons, Christian and Cody Jump.
Survivors include his wife, Portia Webb Jump of Walton, daughter, Carla Pelcha of Florence; sons, Chris Jump of Florence, Colin Jump of Sparta and Corin Jump of Florence; stepdaughter, Summer Landrum of Verona; brother, Ralph Jump; and 12 grandchildren.
Services have been held. Burial is in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill. Memorials: Hickory Grove Baptist Church, 11969 Taylor Mill Road, Independence, KY 41051.
