Hollis O. Lykins,
91 of Taylor Mill, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. She was a member of the Oak Ridge Baptist Church and retired from St. Elizabeth North as a Nurse's Aide. Hollis is preceded in death by her husband George Harold Lykins, Joe Ash and son George Harold Lykins, Kr. She is survived by her children Shari (Bob) Cohen of San Antonio, TX, David (Brenda) Lykins of Goshen, KY and James (Robin) Lykins of Union, KY; grandchildren Chris, Ryan, Kim, Danny, Angie, Matthew, Thomas, Jacob, Cameryn and Luke; 12 great grandchildren. Memorials suggested to the Alzheimer's Association Cincinnati, 644 Linn Street #1026, Cincinnati, OH 45203.
