Obituary

Ivy Jean Singleton, beloved infant daughter of Joseph Singleton and McKenzie Williams, passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2026. She was born on September 24, 2026, in Edgewood.

Though Ivy’s time here was heartbreakingly brief, the love she brought into this world was immeasurable. In just 12 short days, she touched the hearts of so many and made an impact that will last a lifetime. She was deeply loved from the moment she arrived, and her precious life will forever be part of her family's hearts and memories. While there are no words to ease the heartbreak of losing her, the love surrounding Ivy will never fade, and she will always be cherished.

In addition to her parents, Ivy is survived by her loving siblings, Miles and Maycen; her great-grandmother, Rosella Williams; her maternal grandparents, Patricia Shay and Kenneth Mason, and Shawn Williams; and her paternal grandmother, Jeannie Turlich.

She is also survived by her many aunts and uncles: Mariah Sparks (Connor), Mark Williams (Jenna), Skylar Mason, Karley, Ethan, and Brooke Williams, Jeannie McAdams (Ryan), Tommy and Timmy Turlich, Gabby Singleton, Sarah Brown, Pamela Turlich, and Justin Singleton. Ivy will also be dearly missed by her many beloved cousins, great-aunts and great-uncles, and family friends.

Ivy was preceded in death by her great-grandfathers, Johnny Williams and James Shay and great-grandmother Bobby Banks.

Funeral services will be held at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at Floral Hills Funeral Home, Chapel A. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 PM prior to the service. In honor of Ivy, the family asks that those attending wear Ivy green or white.
