BROMLEY - James "Bud" Malone, 88, died Saturday, March 28, at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood.
He was owner of B&E Food Market, a guard for Ludlow Independent Schools, member of Sts. Boniface & James Church and captain of the Ludlow Fire Department.
His wife, Eileen Malone, died in 2000.
Survivors include his son, Mike Malone of Covington; Denny and Artie Malone of Ludlow: daughter, Sharon Sizemore and Karen Denham of Bromley; Debbie Whittington of Falmouth and Barbara Roaden of Taylor Mill; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday, April 2, at Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home Ludlow. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 3, at Sts. Boniface & James Church Ludlow. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Erlanger.
