JAMES H. MCGAHA, age 77 of Taylor Mill, KY passed away on July 29, 2011. He was the loving husband to Barbara for 56 years, and a devoted father of four boys: Mike, Gary, Doug, and Brad McGaha. He is survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. After 35 years of faithful service, James retired from Ford Motor Company in 1993. He was in the United States Army where he proudly served in the Korean War. In later years as a devout Christian he served as a Deacon Emeritus at First Baptist Church of Bellevue and participated in various ministries including the Kentucky Jail Ministries. Visitation will be held 4:00 to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, August 3rd at Dobbling, Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home in Bellevue. We will be celebrating his life at 10 am, Thursday, August 4th at First Baptist Church of Bellevue, KY. Burial will immediately follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill, KY. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in the name of James McGaha to be sent to First Baptist Church 254 Washington Ave. Bellevue, KY 41073.
