76, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away Sunday, October 13, 2013. James served in the United States Air Force. He is preceded in death by his wife Anna Ramsey and brother Russell Ramsey. James is survived by his son Mike (wife Carol) Hayes; grandson Matthew Hayes; brothers Ralph Ramsey and Ed Ramsey. Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 16, 2013 from 11am until time of Military Honors 1pm. Interment will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
