James F. Woodyard, Sr., 90, of Warsaw, KY, passed Monday, December 25, 2023. He was a retired Machinist and a Korea era Army Veteran and a member of the Masonic Lodge. James was the son of the late Carl Woodyard and Bessie Williams Woodyard; devoted husband of the late Betty Woodyard; loving father of James Jr, Lisa, Dianne, and Teresa, and cherished grandfather and great-grandfather. Visitation will be held 12-1 PM, January 3, 2024, at the Floral Hills Funeral Home, 5336 Old Taylor Mill Road, Covington, KY 41015. The funeral service will be held at 1 PM at the same location, with burial following at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens
