Jennifer "Jen" Lynn Adkins-Perdue passed peacefully in her sleep, October 4, 2026 in Edgewood, KY. Jen was a kind mother, Gaky, sister, aunt, and friend who is missed by all. Jen loved her Wildcats and Bengals and was a dental assistant for many years.

Jen is proceeded in death by her parents, Charles "Eddie" Adkins and Sandra "Sandy" Adkins. She is survived by her daughters, Destiny Fenner (Jason Fenner) and Gracee Perdue; her grandchildren, Oliver (11) and Melody (4); her long time partner, Jay Thompson (Dash - Yorkie); and her siblings, Lisa Ragland (Eric Williams), David Ragland, Johnny Broughton, and Kim Costello-Day (Lee Day).

A celebration of life will be held October 21, 2026 at First Church of Christ in Burlington, KY (6080 Camp Ernst Rd) from 1 pm - 2:30 pm followed by a service from 2:30 - 3 pm.
