Jewell Parker

Jewell Parker, passed away on February 10, 2025, at the age of 92. Born on June 4, 1932, she was a dearly loved mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother who will be truly missed by many . 

 Jewell had a love for leisure activities that brought joy into her life. She loved the thrill of bowling and often spent evenings engaging in spirited games of 500 card Rummy, where her competitive spirit shone brightly.

Jewell is survived by her beloved son Tim (Linda) Parker, brother Leeman and her sister Violet, grandchildren; Ryan, Stephanie, Nathaniel, and Autumn, and great-grandchildren; Liam, Isla, Calum, Rhiannon, and Aria.

She is proceeded in death by her loving husband Isreal and her daughter Susan.

A visitation will be held on February 22, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Floral Hills Funeral Home - Chapel A, located at 5336 Old Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill, KY. Following the visitation, a memorial service will take place from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, allowing family and friends to celebrate Jewell's life and share treasured memories. The day will conclude with her burial at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, starting at 12:00 PM.

Jewell Parker will be remembered for her kindness, her zest for life, and the many ways she touched the hearts of those around her. She leaves behind a loving family who will carry her memory forward with gratitude and love.
