Jo Ann Hatfield Butler, 71 of Independence, KY passed away on July 23, 2020 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, KY. She is survived by her Children, Jennifer Gordon (Paul) & Joshua Butler (Tara); 9 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren and a Brother, David Hatfield. All services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Floral Hills Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
