Joan Dryden

Joan Dryden,
80, of Florence, Kentucky passed away November 18, 2011 at Christ Hospital. She was a member of the Bishop's Choir of St. Mary's Basilica of the Assumption, serving as main soloist for over 20 years. Joan had the privilege of singing for his Holiness Pope John Paul II in November 1986. She is survived by her husband of 59 years David Dryden. Joan is also survived by her sons Mark (Martha) Dryden, Charles (Cathy) Dryden and John David (Robin) Dryden; daughter Mary Cleopha (Terry L.) Beal; 4 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild. A prayer service will be held Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at 5pm with a Memorial Gathering immediately following at Floral Hills Funeral Home. Inurnment in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Memorial suggested to the Schwab Organ Fund, C/O St. Mary's Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption.
