Joel Gilbert Hammond

Joel Gilbert Hammond, 63, of Walton, passed away Sunday, November 23, 2025, at his home.  He was born June 4, 1962, in Russell Springs, Kentucky, the son of Jonas Gilbert "Gil" Hammond and Janet Ruth Ragle Hammond, of Walton.  He is survived by his wife, Donna Marie Reams Hammond; his children, Jamie Marie Porter Shaw (Steven); Joel Gilbert Reams ( Robin Fox); Joshua Nathaniel Hammond (Andrea Lee); his grandchildren, Stevie, Mikaylah, Lacey, Owen, Rylee and Harper and a brother, Jonathan Hammon (Mary).  Visitation will be Monday, December 1, 2025 from 11-1 PM at the Floral Hills Funeral Home, Chapel A, where services will begin at 1 PM.  Burial will be at Independence Cemetery.
