John Vaughan, 71, of Piner, KY passed away December 30, 2012 at the St. Elizabeth's Hospice in Edgewood, KY. He was retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad. John, was a veteran of the US Army and is survived by his wife, Myrna Vaughan, daughter Lisa(husband, Steven)Holstein, and son Scott(wife, Heather) Vaughan and two grandchildren, Pvt. Jared Shepherd and Aaron Dakota Vaughan.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 from 11am until 1 pm at the Floral Hills Funeral Home. Funeral Service will begin at 1 pm, with burial following with military honors provided by the Elsmere Honor Guard. Floral Hills Funeral Home is serving the family.
