HIGHLAND HEIGHTS - Juanita M. Wade, 63, died Monday, Dec. 28, at Hospice of the Bluegrass Care Center, Fort Thomas. She was a computer operator manager for the Internal Revenue Service.
Survivors include her husband, Frank L. Wade; son, Mark Wade of Hebron; daughter, Vickie McIntyre of San Diego, Calif. and one grandson.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Dec. 30, with Mass of Christian Burial following at St. Philip Church, Melbourne. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill. Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Fort Thomas, is handling arrangements.
