Judith Lynn Grefer, 67, of Cold Spring, KY passed away peacefully on March 26, 2026 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Edgewood. She was born November 12, 1958 at St. Luke Hospital in Fort Thomas,the daughter of Joan C. Altvater and the late James B. Grefer. She is survived by her mother and her sister, Janine (Daryl) Cavendish, and many cousins. Judi was a 1976 graduate of Anderson High School, Cincinnati. Also, since age 18, Judi was a member of Epsilon Sigma Alpha, an international service organization focusing on leadership, service and education. ESA supports St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. There will be a Celebration of Life service at 3pm on Monday, April 6, 2026 at Eastgate Community Church, 3235 Omni Drive, Eastgate, Ohio.
