Judith Frances Votel, 68, of Bellevue, passed away Saturday, October 24, 2026,at home, surrounded by her loving family. Judy was born August 21, 1958, in Fort Thomas, to the late John S. Fogelman and Mary H. Sensel Fogelman. She was a longtime member of Sacred Heart Church; she loved being a wife mother and Nanna; and was a UK and Bengals fan. She is survived by her husband; Terrence "Terry" Votel; her son; Timmy Votel(Danielle) her son;Joseph Votel(Stacie) her daughter; Cindy Young (Mike); her grand children Nevaeh; Chloe; Travis; Calvin; Sophia; Joe; Collins; Michaela; siblings Mike Fogelman; Patty Schmidt; Kathy Beiting (Larry); Theresa Herweh; Jenny Pabst (Mark); and Lou Fogelman. She was also preceded in death by brother Jack Fogelman and sister Mary Cox. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11AM Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at Sacred Heart Church. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5-8 PM at Floral Hills Funeral Home, Chapel A. Private entombment will be held at St. Stephens Cemetery.
