INDEPENDENCE - Julia A. Burris, 56, died Monday, Aug. 25, at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood She was a department manager for K-Mart in Erlanger and member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Independence.
Her daughter, Hollie Burris, died previously.
Survivors include her husband, Gary Burris; daughter, Michelle Perkins; sons, Kevin and Jason Burris; mother, Dolores Putthoff; sister, Carlene Reckers; brothers, Joe, Thomas and Ronnie Reckers; and six grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 28 and service will be 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 29, at Floral Hills Funeral Home, Taylor Mill. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
Memorials: St. Elizabeth Hospice Program, 483 South Loop Road, Edgewood, KY 41017.
