Kathleen Ann Plagakis, 71, of Erlanger, passed away Sunday, May 7, 2023. Kathleen was born May 18, 1951, in Fort Thomas, KY, the daughter of the late Charles and Jean Mulroney. She is survived by her daughters Kristina Harris and Stephanie Gilliam. Floral Hills is honored to serve Kathleen’s family.
