64 of Latonia, Kentucky passed away Saturday, March 21, 2020. She enjoyed writing letters to her Pen-Pal’s. Kathy loved spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband John C. Bowling; children Steven Brian Thomas Sr. (wife Jamie Thomas), Benjamin Thomas (wife Julie Thomas), Adam Williams (wife Carrie Williams) and Katy Williams; grandchildren Steven, Cecelia, Antonio, Isaiah, Aleigha, Ravin, Matthew, Lillian, Hayden and Phoenix; great grandchildren Aniyah and Braxton; siblings Nancy Scott, Joann Gross, Bobby Mullins, Harry Mullins and Danny Mullins; many extended family members and friends. Kathy is preceded in death by her mother Lola Ballard, father Bobby Mullins, step mother Carol Reed and sister Darlene Osbourne. A Private Family Service will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. In accordance with the CDC recommendations regarding the COVID-19 Virus and a directive from the Kentucky Governor’s Office the funeral home can only allow the “Closest of Family” with “Private Burial”
