Kim, age 50, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at Jewish Hospital Kenwood due to complications from a massive stroke she suffered in November, 2009. She is survived by her mother, Marsha Knapp; her children, Scott Deming and Kaitlin Deming; her sister, Lisa (Al) Leffler; her grandchildren, Kendall Deming and Kairi Deming; her nieces, Brittany Stevens and Amanda Leffler; her nephew, Tyler Daniel; and her great-niece, Zoé� Smith. A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 22, 2014 from 6 - 8 p.m. at Christ Chapel River Campus, 1305 John Street, Newport, KY 41071.
