TAYLOR MILL - Laura Mae Bates King, 88, died Monday, March 22, at her daughter's home She was a bookkeeper for the Kentucky Department of Transportation, member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church, Young at Heart, Young Grandparents Club and the state retiree's group.
Her husband, Hubert E. King Sr., died previously.
Survivors include her daughter, Cathy O'Bryan of Edgewood; son, Hubert King Jr. of Flemington, N.J. and four granddaughters.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday, March 25, with service at 11 a.m. Friday, March 26, at Floral Hills Funeral Home of Taylor Mill. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.
Memorials: Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 8041 Hosbrook Road, Suite 422, Cincinnati, OH 45236.
