Lynn Wayne Richmond

Lynn Wayne Richmond, 82, of Covington, passed away Monday, April 20, 2026, with his family by his side, at Hospice of Edgewood.  He was born July 5, 1943, to the late Wilbert Richmond and Otha Faye Hensley Richmond.  He was a retired Foundry Worker and was married to Ollie Mae Richmond, who passed away in 1999.  He was a member of Latonia Full Gospel Church.  He was a loving father and grandfather who loved hunting, fishing, gardening and western movies.  He is survived by his children, Phyllis Richmond; Donna Willis (Robert);  Steven Brotherton; Vicki Richmond; Lynn W. Richmond, Jr. (Amber) and Amanda Richmond.  He is also survived by a brother, Wilbert Richmond; 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren, lifelong friends, Russell and Dessie Turner, and many loving cousins, neices and nephews. He was also preceded in death by brothers Jimmy and Mike Richmond and sisters Sandra and Kim Richmond.  Funeral services will be held 1PM Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at the Floral Hills Funeral Home, Chapel A, with Doug Webb officiating.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 11-1 PM.  Interment will be at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.  Floral Hills is honored to serve the Richmond family.
