83 of Independence, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. She was a member of Gathering Place Church and retired from the Gap Outlet. Maralena enjoyed going thrift shopping and antiquing. She was a loving mother, grandmother and Gigi to her family who adored her. She is survived by her children Kelly Robinson Jr., Patricia Workman, James Robinson and Randy (Gayle) Robinson; grandchildren Stephanie, Jill, Bret, Amanda, Avery, Aiden, Evan, Derek and Jared; 15 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; many extended family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Kelly Robinson Sr. A Graveside Service will be held at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens on Monday, January 9, 2023 at 10:30 am. Floral Hills Funeral Home is honored to serve Maralena’s family.
