Marcus "Jose" Hensley, died January 21, 2025 at home. He was born September 10, 1957 in Harlan, KY.
He was the son of the late Marcus Hensley and Elena Poteet Hoskins and step-father, James Hoskins. Jose was a self-employed contractor specializing in home and commercial restoration; there was no limit. Jose enjoyed camping and boating, fishing and hunting; he was a true outdoorsman. He also remained active while playing softball for many years in the Covington leagues. His hobbies over the years would certainly include playing the guitar, cards, chess, and even sudoku puzzles. He had a passion for music of all genres and was a dedicated Bengals fan. And, of course, he never went anywhere without his best bud, Cooper.
His commitment in love for family was unwavering and taken with great pride - "Heart and Soul.”
