82 of Independence, Kentucky passed away Saturday, September 3, 2016 at her home. She was a retired Bar Tender from the Moose Lodge, Taylor Mill, Kentucky. Martha is preceded in death by her husband Frank Hartley Sr. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Frank and Debbie Hartley. She is also survived by her sister Bernice Crum and her faithful companion Jazz.
