Mary Wormald

Mary Lee Wormald, 83, of Florence passed away on November 30, 2020. Mary Lee was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother that cherished her family more than anything, they were her world. A devout Catholic, she was a longtime member of St. Barbara Church in Erlanger. She was also a talented seamstress that created dresses for family members during special occasions. Mary Lee is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Daniel David Wormald Jr.; children, Alicia (Wayne) Starron, Daniel (Debbie) Wormald, Douglas (Kristy) Wormald, Karin (Barry) Papina, Leslie (Darrell) Freeze; grandchildren, Brynne, Brandt, Samantha, Billy, James, Alex, Rachel, Elizabeth, Danielle, Jonathan, Catherine, Rebecca, Clare; great-grandchildren, Cora, Ian, Lennox, Emma, Noah, Briella, and Danny. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Elizabeth Wormald; siblings, Joe, Bill, Don, Giles, Clara; and parents, Joseph and Mary Bishop. Private services will be held for the family due to the current Covid-19 restrictions. Memorial donations may be made in Mary Lee’s name to the Franciscan daughters of Mary, Rose Garden Home Mission, in c/o Mother Seraphina, 2040 Madison Ave., Covington KY 41014.
