Matthew Richard Braunwart, 43, of Florence, born on October 31, 1981, in Covington, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on March 21, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, with his family by his bedside. He is mourned by many, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy in both his personal and professional life.

Matthew dedicated many years of service as a Software Engineer at Insight Enterprises, contributing his skills and expertise to the field with passion and commitment. His work became a significant part of his identity, reflecting his innovative spirit and dedication to excellence.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Jessica L. Carter Braunwart, and their son, Solomon Braunwart, who brought immense joy and pride to Matthew's life. He is also remembered by his parents, John R. and Pamela A. Baird Braunwart, and his brother, Michael Braunwart (Stevie).

Matthew's memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at Floral Hills Funeral Home - Chapel A, from 5-7 PM, located at 5336 Old Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill, Kentucky, 41015.
